Shipping policy

At Spencer’s Auto Parts, we take pride in delivering your order safely, efficiently, and with full transparency. We know that when your vehicle needs a replacement part, timing matters, and our team is committed to ensuring a smooth delivery process every time.

We currently serve the lower 48 states within the United States. All qualifying orders include fast, reliable, and free shipping, subject to the requirements and restrictions outlined below.

Order Processing & Cut-Off Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri).
  • Orders placed before 5:00 PM PST are processed the same day. Orders after this cut-off will be handled the next business day.
  • No processing occurs on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.

Shipping Methods & Transit Time

  • Standard Shipping: 3–4 business days (Mon–Fri).
  • Deliveries are made only on business days.

Free Shipping Requirements

Orders that qualify for free shipping must meet specific conditions:

  • Delivery must be made to a commercially zoned address capable of unloading a tractor or trailer.
  • Addresses such as farms, schools, trailer parks, shopping plazas, government buildings, and similar locations do not qualify for free shipping.
  • Residential or restricted addresses may incur additional shipping fees.

Shipping Cost

  • Standard Shipping: Free (when requirements are met).
  • Customers requesting special handling or shipping to restricted addresses may be responsible for additional fees.

Delivery Inspection

To protect our customers and ensure accuracy:

  • All deliveries must be inspected at the time of receipt.
  • Any visible damage must be noted on the delivery receipt immediately.
  • If transit damage is discovered, Spencer’s Auto Parts must be notified within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Claims made after this timeframe cannot be covered, replaced, or refunded.

Warranty Claims

For products covered under warranty:

  • Submit a claim by email to contact@spencersautoparts.online with the following details:
    • Order number
    • Full name
    • Part ordered
    • Detailed description of the issue or part failure
  • All warranty claims are evaluated in accordance with our standard warranty terms and conditions.

Additional Shipping Costs

Spencer’s Auto Parts reserves the right to charge additional fees when:

  • Extra delivery services (e.g., liftgate, residential delivery, limited-access locations) are requested.
  • Delivery requires accessorial services not included in standard free shipping.

Shipping Restrictions

  • Service limited to Lower 48 Contiguous States.
  • No shipping to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, or certain remote areas.
  • International shipping is not available.

Tax & Duties

  • Orders shipped within the U.S. are subject to state and local sales taxes at checkout.
  • No international duties or customs fees apply.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

  • Report lost packages if not received within 7 business days past the estimated delivery date.
  • Damaged shipments must be reported within 48 hours with photo documentation.
  • Resolutions may include replacement, reshipment, or refund, depending on the situation.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Eligible returns must be unused, in original condition, and returned within the approved timeframe.
  • Customers must contact us before initiating a return.

Holiday Schedule

No shipping or processing occurs on U.S. federal holidays. During peak holiday periods, order timelines may extend due to carrier delays. Customers are encouraged to order early to avoid disruptions.

Address Accuracy & Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is accurate. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout are not eligible for free reshipment. Changing addresses mid transit will incur extra fees, please be sure you have to correct address at check out.
