How long does it take to process my order?
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
What are your standard shipping times?
Standard shipping typically takes 3–4 business days (Monday–Friday). Transit times may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Do you charge for shipping?
We offer free shipping on qualifying orders. However, free shipping is limited to commercially zoned addresses capable of unloading a tractor or trailer. Certain addresses, such as schools, farms, trailer parks, and government buildings, do not qualify.
What happens if I miss the daily order cut-off time?
Orders placed after our 5:00 PM PST cut-off time will be processed the next business day.
Where do orders ship from?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse located at 15591 SE Lower Island Rd, Dayton, Oregon 97114, United States.
Do you ship during holidays?
Orders are not processed or shipped on U.S. federal holidays. During peak holiday seasons, delivery times may be slightly extended.
Can I request expedited shipping?
At this time, expedited shipping options are not available. We only offer standard shipping for all orders.
How do I inspect my delivery?
All deliveries must be inspected at the time of receipt. If there is visible damage, note it on the delivery receipt and notify Spencer’s Auto Parts within 48 hours. Claims made after 48 hours cannot be honored.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please report it within 48 hours. Provide photos of the packaging and product damage for us to assist with a replacement or claim.
What if my order is lost during shipping?
If your shipment does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, contact us at contact@spencersautoparts.online. We will investigate with the carrier and provide a resolution.
Do you charge sales tax or duties?
Applicable state sales tax is applied at checkout as required by law. No additional duties or import taxes apply since we only ship within the United States.
Can I return an item?
Yes. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Is there a restocking fee?
Yes. A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.).
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping is free. A printable return label will be provided via email once your return request is approved.
What is your refund processing time?
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Can I exchange an item instead of returning it?
Exchanges are not available at this time. If you wish to receive a different item, you must return your original purchase and place a new order.
What items are non-returnable?
Final sale items are not eligible for return. Please review product details carefully before purchasing.
How do I file a warranty claim?
To initiate a warranty claim, email us with your order number, full name, the part purchased, and a detailed description of the issue. Warranty claims are subject to review under our standard terms.
Do you charge additional shipping fees?
Spencer’s Auto Parts reserves the right to charge additional shipping costs if extra delivery services (such as liftgate service, residential delivery, or other accessorials) are required.
Can I pick up my order in-store?
Currently, we do not offer in-store pickup. All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse.

What happens if I provide the wrong shipping address?
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address. Orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout cannot be refunded or reshipped free of charge.
