Refund policy
At Spencer’s Auto Parts, we want our customers to feel confident when shopping with us. While we work hard to ensure accuracy and quality in every order, we understand that there may be times when a return or exchange is necessary. This policy outlines our return and refund process to ensure fairness and clarity.
Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original condition with all packaging intact.
- Final sale items are not eligible for return or refund.
Return Method
Customers may return items in two ways:
- By Mail: A downloadable/printable return label will be provided.
- In Store: Returns can be made in person at our Dayton, Oregon location.
Return Label & Cost
- Return Label: Download/Print option available.
- Return Label Cost: Free of charge.
- Spencer’s Auto Parts covers the cost of standard return shipping.
Restocking Fee
- All eligible returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
- This fee is automatically deducted from the refund amount.
Refund Processing Time
- Once a return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Please allow additional time for banks or credit card companies to reflect the refund.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item:
- Contact our support team to confirm product availability.
- Exchanges follow the same eligibility and return label process as returns.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect:
- Report the issue within 3 business days of delivery.
- Provide photos and order details by email to contact@spencersautoparts.online
- We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
- Final sale items
- Used, modified, or improperly installed parts
- Items returned without original packaging or documentation
